The 360 Dust Analysis program (http://www.360dustanalysis.com) is bound by NSW privacy laws, which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

360 Dust Analysis has ethical approval in Australia from Macquarie University, in the UK from Northumbria University and in the USA from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.

Collection of your personal information

To participate in the 360 Dust Analysis program customer you are required to submit personal information. This may include, but is not limited to, a unique username and password, or the provision of other unique identifiable information for the recovery of your lost password.

Sharing of your personal information

Personal information you supply on-line will be used by 360 Dust Analysis researchers to conduct its research program. Such uses include matters related to analysis of samples, public presentations, generation of scientific and production of reports, research papers and related publications.

Use of your personal information

The 360 Dust Analysis program will collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address(s). The collected information will be used only for internal purposes to gauge visitor traffic, trends and to deliver personalised content to you while accessing the Site.

If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use data collected from the time of the policy change forward in adherence with our updated practices.
